Project Overview

Bringing the concept of farm-to-table-to-farm straight to your dining experience, Primo treasures itself on its extensive garden plot, energy efficient amenities, and flavorful fare. Pulsing with life, Primo’s garden provides chickens, produce, pigs, herbs, grapes, hops, edible flowers, and honey. Each morning, Primo’s gardeners decide what seasonal produce the cooks will prepare for that evening’s delights. Completing the circle, all organic waste is disposed via compost or served to the garden pigs. Primo takes pride in cultivating a sustainably enjoyable atmosphere for both guests and the environment alike.
